The Whole Megillah Package

Shalom Events Minnesota will do nearly everything for the Bar or Bat Mitzvah. You won't need to deal with any of the pesky details or day-to-day communication with vendors, but you want to do the fun stuff–tasting with the caterer, collaborating on decor ideas or deciding between an ice cream bar or sno-cones. I will make sure to keep everyone on track of what needs to get done from the day you receive your Mitzvah date through the last minute of the big day!

The Megillah Package includes:​

• Unlimited correspondence and consultation

• Venue and reception selection

• Creative ideas for tzedakah, party themes, overall decor, activities, and traditions for the party.

• Designing floor plan and layout

• Selection of caterers, types of food, beverages, and dessert selections

• Selection for entertainment such as: DJ, band or other entertainment, picking special songs and dances

• Selection of photographer; videographer

• Selection of transportation and lodging coordination

• Guest list management; Seating chart assistance

• Selection of save-the-dates, invitations, place cards, menus, table numbers, programs, party favors, giveaways, sign in boards, kippot, information sheets, hotel welcome bags.

• Assistance with assembling and mailing save-the-dates and invitations

• Assistance for choosing attire and clothing shops

• Coordination of all beauty and salon appointments

• Assistance with guest itinerary including suggestions for local activities

• Contract negotiation with all venues and vendors

• Confirmation with all venues and vendors two weeks and one week before the event

• Budget management and coordination of final payments to venues and vendors

• Delivering any hand-out items, such as: gift bags to the hotel, kippot and programs to synagogue or other items to the party venue.
